Located close to the slopes, Les Balcons du Soleil is built like a large chalet with extensive use of timber and stone. The apartments are very convivial, and are decorated in a very pleasant Savoyard style.
All the apartments consist of the following:

• Kitchen: 4 electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher,
  electric coffee percolator, iron and microwave oven.
• Living room / diner: 1 double bed settee
  television, no phone in the apartments but there is an Internet connection at the Reception desk.
• Bathrooms: suitable for disabled visitors in some of the 2-room apartments sleeping 6 people.
• Separate WC.
• Balcony: no furniture. Collapsible drying rack.

• 2 rooms, sleeps 8 people ( 45 m²): 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (including 1 room with sliding partition walls), 1 recess with 2 bunk beds

Recently-built residence only 300 metres from the ski lifts linking Val d’Allos to Pra Loup. Internet connection and phone booth in Reception.
